Unacceptable abusive behavior at Randburg Home affairs all rigjts reserved
My son had the most appalling service at randburg jhb home affairs. He stood from 7am till 2pm today. He said he was mistreated along with other people there by home affairs staff. They said his appointment was 10am, he went early to avoid long ques as he was ill. They did his application after 2pm. HOME AFFAIRS NEED A PROPER SYSTEM PUT IN PLACE. My son said he feels abused. You have been doing this since 1992. Standing all day in the heat is absurb. Get a proper system!!!!

01 Dec 2023, 14:32My son has a burnt neck! From the sun. You stand in line for 2000 people then when you pay yo restand in a line of 2000. Fix your system, it doesn't work my son looks sick and is shaking and has burnt sun damage to his neck!!! Abusive place since 1982 my rights are reserved. They asked my son why does he want a passport? Well it's expiring!!! Duh
