Unabriged birth certificate

it is now 9 weeks and no certificate. got a hold of pearl once and she said she will get back to me in 2-3 days. its 5 days now. now she ignores my calls and mails. the roodepoort office does not answer and if they do they transfer you to a number that goes to purgatory probably and no answer. this is absolutely infuriating and service there is non existent. the call center also has a great response - \we don't have access to those details.\" so why give me the number if they can't check unabridged birth certificates? if anyone has any advice that would be great because i have no idea what to do from here now? wonder if they would have the guts to try and sort this out and answer my calls and deal with the customer actually. \"service delivery\" Pearl...learn it!! Manage is another one but we will take it slow and start with service delivery for now okay?!?!?"
