Unabridged Marriage Certificate

App**** for my unabridged Marriage Certificate in MARCH 2017 already.And up til now ,the Wynberg Home Affairs Cape Town cannot give me any reason as to Why the process is taking soo long.Seriously 8 months down the line and NO ONE can give me an answer.The Home Affairs call centre is just as hopeless.Can Someone Please help me.
