Unabridged Marriage certificate

We got married in May 2014, our marriage officer submitted all forms to DHA in Pietermaritzburg and they were received and accepted by Sandra Singh (personal no: ***1)<br> <br> I app**** for a bridged (which I have) and a unabridged marriage certificate last year 30 July 2014. I went back a few weeks later only to be told, HO are requiring us to resubmit docs which I did again! Then my husband returned a few weeks later only to be told the same thing, which he did again. I went back in Dec only to be told the same thing again! We have submitted the forms 4 times! You phone DHA and can never get through! Convenient! I have now been told that they require a copy of the BI30 form... I confirmed with our marriage officer that the BI30 form was replaced with the DHA-30 form a long time ago, so how can they require this form when it is no longer.<br> <br> This is really pathetic, I don't what to do from here. I have paid for this and nothing is happening!
