Unabridged marriage certificate

We app**** for our unabridged marriage certificate in May 2014, it took Home affairs six months to let us know that additional information was required. We immediately submitted what was outstanding and to date we have phoned and e-mailed weekly to be told that our application has not been finalised as yet. Not sure who to speak to to get a resolution.
