Unabridged Marrage Certificate

App**** for an unabridged Marriage certificate on the 12 FEBRUARY 2015 at Randburg Home affairs. Had no feedback . Tried to phone the offices and you either could not get through of someone would pick up and leave on a desk or they were so busy on a Saturday morning you could not get close to the offices. Eventually after 3 and a half months we found out that there was another document required Bi 30 which we then had to source through home affairs Durban. That took another 5 weeks. We have now handed the document in at home affairs Randburg 4 weeks ago and still nothing has come of anything. Each time you phone they tell you they will expedite the problem but as of today there is still no document and no response from Pretoria. This has delayed me getting my passport and was supposed to have been overseas by now. PLEASE WOULD SOMEONE TAKE SOME ACTION. I have never known such incompetence in a department and worst of all NO one cares
