Unabridged certificate complain

I have app**** for my daughter’s unabridged certificate in 2016 and till today still haven’t received it. I go continuously to the department of home affairs and still no luck. My daughter is set to travel overseas and without unabridged certificate it’s gonna be impossible for her and I have paid for the trip and it’s part of her academic marks. I even went to the head office where I was told that they’ll look for my file and update the unabridged certificate accordingly as the one the print only prints the father’s details (my husband’s details) it’s been the third day and still no respond from Lenah who promised me she will see to it that I get the certificate on Monday, but today it’s Thursday and she is not even taking my calls.
