Unabridged Certificate

<p>I have app**** for an Unabridged Certificate a year ago and up to date didn't receive the certificate, after many attemps to phone them of sending emails nothing has happened and going to the Head Office still no response.. I can't believe that the service is so bad, </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
