Unabridged certificate

Hi, I app**** for my unabridged birth certificate last year August at Pretoria, when I asked how long it will take the lady that was helping me informed me that they hired more people so others even work overtime so it might take 2-3 weeks to be delivered/received but usually they say it normally takes 6 - 8 weeks so since, August I have been waiting and waiting, I even call the call center many times, they advice me to wait for two weeks and call them after, but I get the same response over and over again, seems no one is willing to help me, and I urgently need that certificate. *sad*
