Unabridged Certificate

About 10 months ago I app**** for an Unabridged Certificate for my daughter, Today the 15th/01/2017 I went there to collect the certificate to my surprise when we got there, they say the changes to the first certificate haven’t been made ?I mean after 10 months of waiting?? Whose fault is that? So because we need the child’s certificate for traveling purposes we ask for a reprint of the old certificate they tell us they need the receipt they gave us when we were applying ok cool I understand that but we lost the receipt , who can keep a receipt that long anyway?? ... Now the DHA couldn’t help us, we got nothing but bad attitude and bad service from the employees of DHA Winternest Pretoria North, Now they’re telling us we need to re-apply I mean what the hell and wait another 9months , my Child is without birth Certificate for goodness sake! We as her parents we are frustrated it’s not even funny!!! Please to whoever reads this message please do something about this ASAP !!!
