Unabridged Certificate

Good day,<br> <br> My name is Trevor Barnard. My wife and I app**** for our children's unabridged certificates 7 months ago at Swartriggens DHA. 4 weeks later we received our sons unabridged certificate but not our daughters. <br> <br> We have been in contact with Swartriggens DHA and they informed us that it is with DHA HI and they have not received anything yet for our daughter.<br> <br> We have been in contact with Pretoria DHA HQ for months now on a well basis and every week we have to speak to someone else and explain the same issue that we are facing. Every week we are informed by representatives for HQ DHA that they see that out application have been received on the 3rd of June 2015 and it is in fact with them. <br> <br> But they are telling us that they are waiting for the right office to complete the application and issue the unabridged certificate for our daughter, and they can also not understand why we have not received this yet as it was supposed to have been issued months ago.<br> <br> But in the meantime we are not closer to getting the unabridged certificate from DHA and we get the run around week after week.
