unabridged certificate

In June 2014 we app**** at Lephalale home affairs for unabridged birth certificates for our three children. They were ready in Nov 2014 for pick up. Two of the certs had mistakes, spelling and wrong place of birth of mother. We gave them back same day. Lephalale Dha only professed one of the incorrect certs. Had to go back after calling call centre and reminding them to process other cert. Still waiting for both certs , March 2015<br> <br> Shameful.
