Unabridged birth certificates

<p>On the 18th of January 2017 I app**** and paid for two unabridged birth certificates for my children. To date I have not received ANY feedback, and calling the Call Center, is of no use. They just say that it has not been processed. You are kept on hold for longer than an hour, or their systems are down. There is a serious lack of service, although the website for Hoe Affairs, clearly state 6 - 8 weeks waiting period. I have requested an alternative contact person to assist, but no response and was told rudely, that I must phone again in two weeks time. This has been going on for long enough.</p>
