Unabridged Birth Certificates

On the 13February 2015 we app**** for our Unabridged Birth Certificates at the Richards Bay Office. I have been in contact with the Johannesburg office for the last month and a half. They have also logged a case against our application s so that it can be finalised. Waiting so long for 4 Unabridged Birth Certificates is just not on. We require these as a urgent matter. Im sick off phoning every week and listening to excuses and being told to phone back next week.
