Unabridged birth certificate- Useless bunch of losers who can't own up to their lack of work ethics

<p>On 23 February 2016, my sister app**** for her eldest son's unabridged birth certificate at the Dept of Home Affairs in Kokstad. They paid the monies that was due immediately. A process that is suppossed to take 4 -6 weeks has now taken 6 months. Still no unabridged birth certificate. </p> <p>There is a total lack of respect at this Government Department. Eventually this reference no ********** 976 was given on the 27th July 2016. We were told It was approved on 6 August 2016. They said phone back in a week. On the follow up phone call on the 16 August 2016 we were told it is NOT approved. </p> <p>What is there to approve? Every citizen has the legal right to his/her unabridged birth certificate. </p> <p>Is everybody working at these Government Departments so *********** that no one knows what is happening there. If so, I think you should follow the country's labour procedures and get rid of these people that is abusing the tax payers money and employ people who really would work for it. </p>
