Unabridged Birth Certificate - Still Waiting After 3 Months!!!!!

<p>I app**** for my Unabridge Birth Certificate on the 14 March 2016. They said it would take 6-8 weeks. After the 6th week i phoned every week there after to find out if it was ready for collection, and i received the same answer everytime - "It is not ready, but we have escalated your case, so please call again in two weeks time". It has now been 13 weeks and still no Unabridge Birth Certificate! I need answers!!!</p>
