unabridged birth certificate still not issued

on the the 29th of May i app**** for both my daughter for an unabridged birth certificate and i was informed that after 8 weeks i'll get the certificates.in June i received an sms informing of one birth certificate that has been issued. when i called the Home Affairs toll free line i was informed that the application was only received on the 8th of May whereas both applications were made on the same day the call centre agent informed me since the application its still well within the time frame. after two weeks i called and nothing was done a case was logged and up to date nothing has been done.the case number is ***.
