unabridged birth certificate south africa

<p>My Wife went to Centurion Branch of Home Affairs on 12th January 2016. Since then we have called on numerous occasions to resolve this documentation, but we get told its not ready and they working on it. Its 6 months later and now we get told that it can take up to a year??? Surely cant take a year to get Unabridged certificates. I would like some answers as there hotlines to take customers complaints namely ********** 476 & ********** 190 dont work, and cant get thru to anybody who can actually give an answer. My refernce number is ********** 383</p>
