unabridged birth certificate not recieved

I app**** for an unabridged birth certificate for my son in May 2*** 8 was told a month later it was cancelled.I reapp**** in June and till this day have not recieved it.I have called the call centre countless times with no luck.I am travelling soon and I have no clue what to do.
