UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE NOT PRODUED IN A YEAR

I app**** for an unabridged birth certificate on the 11-02-2015 for school applications and travel in April to Zanzibar. I managed to apply for the school without the required documentation with the proof of application. We flew to Zanzibar with an affidavit from the police. I re app**** in September and called the call centre on the 06/10, 28/10, 04/11, 09/11, 13/11, 19/11, 24/11, 30/11, I app**** again on the 02/12 no documents received by processing centre by 07/12. Went in on 8/12 filled in forms again, had a huge argument at the home affairs offices were they were forced to fax it to the processing centre. I call the processing centre on the 9/12 to see if they received it, they had but they cannot guarantee that I will get the unabridged birth certificate. I am flying out again on the the 14th of December on a family holiday with no guarantee that my one child out of three will be allowed into the foreign country. I stand a chance of losing all the money paid for the trip because the Minister of home affairs makes rules about travelling with children but cannot provide the necessary documents. I know I am not the only person who has received this type of service.
