Unabridged Birth Certificate not forthcoming

I have app**** to home Affairs for an Unabridged Birth Crtificate for my son. It is now 5 months in the begging and home affairs are not interested. In fact this complaint wont worry them. Here is my communication with Aaron Ramodumo

Hi Aaron After our telephone discussion yesterday, I thought and hoped you would be different from other home affairs officials, and that you would get back to me, but it would appear you are not.

We app**** for my sons unabridged birth certificate in 2018, that is 2 years ago, he was inadvertently given an abridged certificate and we were told to reapply. We reapp**** in November 2019, paid all the necessary fees, and now 5 months later still nothing. I need to know why this is taking so long and what the problem is. I literally phone in every day, and go in to the local branch, where everyone knows me by name and that I create jobs for the unemployed.

Home affairs issued us with a case number, 1*** and promised a short turnaround time, 3 to 8 weeks, and that has not happened. Every day, I am told it is being escalated, your escalators are obviously not working, something I no longer believe. I am also constantly told by Jackie, Nelson, and Kelebogile that they will get back to you and no one does. You yourself said yesterday you had to take another call, and in fact you just blew me off.
