unabridged birth certificate not done

I went to apply for an unabridged birth certificate on the 12 April 2014. At the benoni home affairs branch assisted by Sibongile Stimeline. It's been 10 months the certificate it's still not amended. Iv called their customer service centre a thousand times given different reference numbers all the time. I even told them that .il redo and pay for anohther application and was told its impossible as its loaded in the system. Called again today was told the same story i should call again in the2 weeks they stil waiting on someone to investigate not to amend but invistigate. Meaning this will take a year just to apply for an unbridaged certificate. The poor service we receive at the hands of home affairs is really *********. I am supper disappointed and angry on the way this is handled. Melusi Gigaba should fiix his house he had a good foundation from Nkosazana Zuma . Stop proving us right that the government is ****ed up under your leadership.
