Unabridged birth certificate

I app**** for my unabridged birth certificate in October 2019 and have still not received any notification to collect. Although two of my family members app**** at the same time and got theirs within two weeks, I have had no luck despite visiting the home affairs twice since applying and numerous emails sent to email addresses given on the site. I have not even received a reply to any of the emails sent to even acknowledge their receipt.
