Unabridged birth certificate delayed

My sister app**** for her son's unabridged birth certificate end of July and up to now it still not ready. We have been calling the call centre ever since because they told us it was suppossed to due from 6- 8 weeks latest. We are now on the third month but no one bothers to give us good answers of what is going on. The call cetnre gave us case number but everytime we call they say the officiials havent responded to the case so basically no one iis working on the case. My sister has delayed her travelling because she needs to go to zimbabwe and sort out her things befor she can get back and give birth, now it might be risky for her to travel back and forth as she is pregnant. We went to brakpan office and they couldnt help us, their supervisor Uzania said she was going to follow up but she never did. She needs to travel so please assist.
