Unabridged birth certificate - Delay since 29.09.2015

<p>I’ve app**** for an unabridged birth certificate on the 29 September 2015. I still have not received the certificate. I’ve followed up several times but get the same feedback – not yet printed. Apparently the case has been 'elevated' but every week I call back they say they still don't have any feedback. Please advise why there is such a delay. This is really unacceptable. Would you please be so kind as to look into the delay and what is required to resolve it.</p> <p> </p>
