Unabridged birth Certificate Complaint

<p>We app**** for my sons unabridged birth certificate 10th September 2016 at the Brakpan office. We were told the process takes 6-8 weeks. It has now been 7 months and still no feedback from Home Affairs. I have escalated it 5 times with the call center ********** 190 ref: ********** 58. The agent keeps telling me they will escalate it and I must call back in 3 days. This is unacceptable! This is required for us to travel to Mozambique soon. And this is a requirement from your department! It took 5 days for his passport to be delivered but 7 months for a paper to be printed. How could this be possible?? What is happening? Who else can I escalate this to? Is the system failing me?</p> <p>I require urgent feedback as the call center is unable to help.</p> <p> </p>
