Unabridged Birth certificate application lost

I app**** on the 11/02/2016 for my unabridged Birth certificate as I have a job in the Netherlands and need this for my permit. <br> <br> I phoned today customer care to find out whether it was ready. I was told that not only was it not ready but my application had not been received. <br> <br> I am now told that I need to go back and reapply and that it will take another 6-8 weeks. I am supposed to be leaving next month. Another d wasted going to home affairs as well
