Unabridged birth certificate:9 weeks no certificat

Good day,i app**** for unabridged birth certificates for my 4 children, I received as SMS quick on the first child, i then waited for another 5 weeks before i went in to the akasia office to query, they only could say that the other 3 are not ready,with no indication of when they will be ready,The lady at the enquiries counter was very rude,she had an issue that i wanted to apply for 4 at once,Well duh i have 4 kids.Very Rude and Arrogant was Ms Karabo, her colleage Ms Thonziwe was very kind and spoke very nicely and tried her best to advise that nothing can be done, I have now called the call centre amd they said they will excate, please if home affairs is looking into this, please check the birth certificated of my children
