Unabridged birth certificate

I did unabridged birth certificate in September 2020 so I can apply for my daughter in high school but I haven’t received it till today and I’m struggling to do anything for my daughter without the unabridged, when I go to Ladysmith home affairs to check I always get stories on why it’s not out yet.
