Unabridged Birth Certificate

I app**** for my daughters full birth as its called in July 7th 2015 and i was told to check the availability after 8 weeks of which i tried to get hold of the branch but i was not getting any reply till i decided to escalate the matter to Pretoria where i was given a case number and every time i call i will be given a duration of 72 hours to check how far but ever since then i have been given the same duration over and over and today i got hold of the supervisor manager that explained to me the the processing department is the one that's taking their time to process, so i nicely ask the lady if she can call the processing department and she was so bold to tell me that she wont call while i hold the line telling me that she need to drop the call and i asked her if she will be able to help me but she told she wont be able to.
