Unabridged Birth Certificate

I app**** for my sons Unabridged Birth Certificate on the 28th April 2014 - I started phoning the call centre on the 19th June to ask how far the process is and they told me it needs to be signed off. But they will escalate it to the team leader because its a matter of urgency. We are flying in October but can not buy Tickets as we scared that we will not have the documents by then. Phoned again on the 21st of July, 29th July, 30th July, 6th August, 14th August and every time they tell me that they will escalate it to the Team Leader and it is still at the same place when if first phoned on the 19th of June. The last lady that I phoned told me that the previous people i spoke to never escalated it to the Team Leaders and she will escalate it. I also got 4 cell numbers that I phoned which was given to me because nothing was happening. I phoned them twice and they told me that they will send me and sms with the process. Still waiting. <br> <br> Please help!!!
