Unabridged Birth Certificate

I app**** for my unabridged birth certificate early March 2018 and still have not received it, I have called in once a week for the last two months to escalate and every week I am told the same thing, that it has been escalated and they're waiting for a response. It is so annoying to call in every week and be told the same thing, how is it taking fives to get this information when it took three weeks to get my fathers unabridged birth certificate, which I had app**** for at the same time. Please can somebody assist and get this completed.
