UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE

i've app**** for unabridged birth certificates in October 2017 which I received in March 2018, but lo and behold with errors all over. Data captured incorrectly. Went back to HA Cape TOWN and they then sent a request for amendment to Pretoria. Its been more than two months now and I am still waiting. I live 200kms from the nearest HA Office. Phones are not answered, emails not rep**** too en if one does get lucky to speak someone on the "other side" all they have to say is that my request has not yet been finalised. One Veronica from HA even asked me whether I am sure that I was not married at the time of my birth. The certificate which I received did not even reflect my ****en surname but my married surname. Absolutely shocking! Utterly frustrating. It's like ****ing against thunder and hopeless!!! I urgently need the certificate for Consulate purposes. It seems that the only competent Government Department in SA is SARS.
