unabridged Birth certificate

My husband app**** for unabridged birth certificate in May 2017. Every time I called the Call Centre to follow up they say its in process, all of a sudden 6 months later they send an sms asking for my husband to go and complete DHA24 & DHA288 forms.(hubby is over 60 years)amazing We even sent a complain to the Presidential hotline. this is where we are and we need that certificate so urgent and no one to help, so I guess that we will have to wait another 7 months after going to complete those form. BAD BAD SERVICE
