Unabridged Birth Certificate

<p>I have received bad service regarding my son’s unabridged birth certificate. I app**** on 15/03/2017 for both my sons Unabridged Birth Certificate. I had received one of theirs but I am struggling with the one for the other child – Reece Govender – ID: ********** 990084. I was told that this would be issued within 3 months of application and we are now in the 5th month and I did not get any feedback. I called ********** 190 numerous times and the response that I get is that this is escalated. They cannot advise how long it would take to be resolved. They would not transfer me to a supervisor or manager. They advised that this is archived and escalated and that I must call at the end of the week – every time that I call in.</p> <p> </p>
