Unabridged Birth Certificate

<p>Unabridged Birth Certificate NOT RECEIVED AFTER 4 MONTHS OF WAITING - Unabridged birth certificate</p> <p>Mr Gigaba kindly note that i have app**** for an unabridged birth certificate on 23 May 2016. Its now September 24 and I still have NOT received THE CERTIFICATE.</p> <p>I have called the Home Affairs offices at JHB every week and they keep saying that a request has been sent to retrieve the birth record from archives. So for an ENTIRE MONTH no one saw to this request? who have they been escalating MY REQUEST to? DOES ANYONE WORK AT THE HOME AFFAIRS Back office for Birth Certificates DO RECEIVE MY REQUEST?</p> <p>If any kind soul works at home affairs back office for birth certificates can you please assist me as this process has passed its 6 WEEKS AS THEY PROMISED.</p> <p>Regards<br />Jabu Mthethwa</p>
