Unabridged birth certificate

I app**** for an unabridged birth certificate for my son in April, im STILL WAITING!!! Each time i call which takes a dozen or so attempts to get through cause they probably playing games on their phones or chatting on F Book or some ****, they going to escalate it, the idiots have been saying that for the past 3 months, im at a stand still with them.....
