Unabridged birth certificate

I have app**** for an unabridged certificate for my son last year November 2014. I have still not received his certificate.I have been told that they can't find his records. I have lodged a case and call weekly to find out the situation. Each time I call I am told that my case is escalated. I am desperate for a resolution. I need the unabridged certificate to apply for grade 1 for my son. the school needs it by<br> the 21 April 2015
