Unabridged birth cerificate

I app**** for an unabridged birth certificate for my daughter on 16 July 2014. Have had to redo birth registration because home affairs cannot locate records! Have opened a case with customer services. We have made weekly follow up phone calls but have had absolutely no joy. This situation is maddening. We cannot apply for visas without the unabridged birth certificate. All queries have been fruitless, an absolute frustration and waste of time. Home affairs has proved to be ***********
