Unabridged Birth

I have make an Unabridged Birth certificate on 23 July 2015 for my kids still today I am still waiting for them to give it to me. I went to the Edenvale office they ask me the fill the same forms and gave me their call center number. I have being calling every week still get the same respond to call them after a week. My Ref number *** and ***. I am really frustrated about the Home affairs, they implemented something that they cannot meet the deadline.
