Unabridge Certificate

We app**** for our children in June 2018 for Unabridge Certificates according to Home affairs Stellenbosch the Dept were the Archives is stored in Pretoria Burned down so every one that was born in 2002 and 2003 are lost , we are going on a Boat cruise in January 2019 and we are still waiting for her Unabridge Certificate. until date nothing received after several mails was send to them and not one rep**** back.Is there a faster way to speed process it.
