unabridge certificate

<p>Last year June i apply for a unabridge certificate for my daughter at Roodepoort homeaffairs. In between i went back to find out if its there and every time they told me there is no record of it. I have my receipt and a letter to proof i did aply for it and its the third time now yesterday i phone again no record of it and if you ask to speak to somebody they refuse it .</p>
