Unabridge birth certificate

We are waiting for our unabridge birth certificates for almost 7 months now!!!! Our imigration process are standing still because of this outstanding documents!!! A process of 6 weeks is 7 monts now and every time i call them they just tell me it is still in process!!!! This is unprofessional and unexeptable!!! Call after call and nobody can help me!!!
