unabridge birth certificate

<p>i app**** for my sons Abridged birth certificate in October, December when he had to travel i was provided with a letter stating the abridged certificate is still in process after being given tons of reference numbers and agents who keep stating that a certain department is working on the document and being unable to provide feedback as to where is the hick up .my son has to travel again to Lesotho now i have to go to home affairs and get a letter. I comp**** with Home affairs yet the service i am receiving is not only inconveniencing however inconsiderate.Their contact numbers have not being working for 4 weeks now, can someone from home affairs communicate with us 8 months is a long time to wait for an unabridged birth certificate</p>
