Unable to obtain unabridged birth certificate

On the 03 Oct 2014 I app**** for an unabridged birth certificate at DHA Bellville (Western Cape). <br> 19 Dec 2014 I went back to the office to find out if the birth certificate was available and was told it was not ready. Then again I returned to the office 2 weeks later to be dealt the same story. I then contacted the support centre in Johannesburg who advised me to return to the offices and complete a DHA24/DHA288 form and record my case number on these docs. I did so on the 27 January 2015. <br> <br> After numerous follow up calls to the Johannesburg office(call centre), where I have repeatedly been told the case has been escalated to a supervisor , I was informed today 10 March 2015 that they have not received the DHA24/DHA288 forms I completed at the Bellville office in January, and without these documents they are not able to proceed. I have sent emails and have had no response. <br> <br> It is 5 months since my application and no one is able to help me or seem to understand the urgency around this.
