Unable to obtain unabridged birth certificate

<p>I app**** for my birth certificate on 1 Nov 2015. After numerous phone calls to a call centre that just say "we will escalate the matter" I don’t know where to turn. On some forums "helpful" contacts were suggested. To my disappointment the "helpful" people don’t answer their phones or reply to emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>These are the numbers numbers/mails I've tried thus far.</p> ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** <p>***</p> <p> ********** /40</p> <p> </p> <p>Could someone please help?</p>
