Uif Service delivery

What does it take for an individual to be attended to or given a service from the uif department in Orlando Home Affairs?? I've been here standing in the sun since 7:44 this morning & we were assured we would be attended to as long as we got here before 9am. Please assist! Where do I raise a concern???
