TWO MONTHS FOR A PASSPORT

What a disappointment Department of Home Affairs is!<br> We attempted to get a new passport, not even new, more like a replacement passport seeing that the one expired. This was done on the 23rd of June... We still do not have any update and everyone at the so called Customer Care Centre is unable to assist us with an update. In essence the passport has been in the \image enhancing"department for the last month.<br> <br> Afterwards I was told to NOT go to DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS CENTURION as they are completely useless! I have not other choice but to assume that the paperwork was never submitted and now its a mission to get it done. I can also not reapply at another branch as it is still open.<br> <br> Well done to the Department of Home Affairs"
