Tsongas home affairs

Tongaat home affairs.was the worst experience off my life ...t They should not be open to the public. The lady who is sitting guard at the front desk should be fired and I hope as u experience standing in a queue at the unemployment office from 4am. They system were off line for 3 days but no manager. Came out to speak to the people, we had to just sit outside in the blasting heat and was told by the security guard it's our choice of we want to wait..No guys your deal with elderly ,sickly ,people and the building has no toilets to the public ... Nothing ..terrible , terrible,terrible ...This building should be turned into a spca since these staff treat human beings like animals...
