Trying 6 months to get my marital status changed!!

My divorce went through the courts 1 July 2014, last year (2015) in July I checked my status and I was apparently still married to my ex (a year after the divorce went through. On the 27th of July 2015 the Heidelburg home affairs office sent my ID and divorce decree through to the home affairs head office in Pretoria and told me it would take 6-8 weeks to process - I was getting married 2 and a half months later. Since then I have been e-mailing *** which was the address that was given to me to follow up at least 1 - 2 times a week. I have resent them my documents numerous times and every time get told that the \processing unit"has not given them feedback. This is completely unacceptable as currently I can not register my new marriage"
